Near Ball

Ike and Ava played in their first T-ball game. Except here, there's no tee. Crazy but true. They let the kids hit live balls for five tries, then they break out the tee. This is long and tedious. Let's face it, at the kindergarten level, some of these kids have a hard time hitting off the tee.

Ike and Ava did great though. They even ran the right direction. I think from watching soooooo many of their sister's games, they've got the basics down. Practice with Dad in the yard helps too.

They were so proud. The best part of t-ball -- snacks. After every game, you get a good snack. Today was Sunny D and Smuckers Crustables, two products their cheap mom refuses to buy. They were in kindergarten heaven.
